The Port Authority of Almería has approved the administrative concession of the building located in Las Almadrabillas to Grupo Alvores, as a multifunctional space to house its corporate headquarters, business areas, cultural exhibition spaces, restoration areas, and common services; The concession is for 20 years with the possibility of extension. In this way, activity is restored to this building, which is located in the area subject to the main phase of the port-city project alongside the Muelle de Levante, to be executed between 2026 and 2028.
Before commencing operations, Alvores will carry out construction work during this and the next fiscal year, in which, according to the basic project, it plans to invest nearly 1.8 million euros for the adaptation and refurbishment of the property.
