The completion of the transaction is expected in early Q4 2026, subject to customary conditions.
After delivery, the vessel will be renamed “Arete”, will raise the Greek flag and will be used primarily as a Trenching Support Vessel.
It features DP-2 dynamic positioning, an AHC 70-ton crane, extensive deck space and equipment for subsea operations, cable protection, route preparation and offshore wind projects. Its addition complements the orders of “Avra” and “Andromeda”.
According to the company, the investment enhances the capacity to execute complex projects safely and to high standards. At the same time, it significantly expands the group’s immediate operational capacity in the international subsea cable market.
