The Agencia de Recaudación y Control Aduanero (ARCA) simplified the procedure for exports carried out by air. This measure was formalized through General Resolution /2025 and was published in the Boletín Oficial.
The new system integrates and automates two documents for air shipments, these being the Cargo List (Export Cargo Manifest) and the Export Consolidation Manifest.
Both documents are managed directly through a web application connected to the Sistema Informático Malvina (SIM). This eliminates manual processes and reduces processing times.
The regulation establishes the operational procedure for the registration of air export manifests and incorporates the ratification of authorship, the confirmation of departure, and the automatic submission to the customs service.
The customs transport agent of the means of transport (ATA MT) and the consolidating transport agent must act as the faithful depository of the documentation.
According to ARCA, exporting companies benefit from reduced management time, greater traceability of the export process, and a reduction in errors due to the automation of documentation.
The guidelines, user manual, and steps for this new procedure are available on the microsite “Export Cargo Manifests” within the official ARCA web portal.
