Communications provider AST Networks has announced its acquisition of Reygar Ltd, a provider of the BareFLEET performance monitoring and control system for crewed and uncrewed vessels.
This strategic move is aimed at improving AST Networks’ capabilities in delivering a combined technology offering to the maritime industry, leveraging the complementary technologies of the two firms.

As AST Reygar, the combined company aims to support customers in acquiring data-driven insights into operations to make informed decisions and improve efficiency, connecting IoT networks with analytics algorithms.
