中新社南宁8月6日电 (杨陈 黄耀国)广西水运江河海一体化调度平台6日正式上线试运行，标志着广西水运数字化转型取得阶段性重大成效，为平陆运河全线通航、西部陆海新通道提质增效筑牢数字底座。 广西地处西部陆海新通道关键节点。西江航运干线联通中国西南腹地与粤港澳大湾区，汇聚内陆货源；平陆运河打通江海阻隔，缩短出海航程，补齐江海联运短板；北部湾港作为国际门户港，承接货物远洋中转。三者协同联动，完善多式联运链条，有利于助力中国西南内陆迈向开放前沿，保障中国—东盟产业链供应链畅通。 此前，原西江航运干线船闸、平陆运河沿线船闸、北部湾港实行分区独立调度，跨部门数据割裂壁垒突出，船闸与港口衔接不畅，江海联运协同不足，成为制约水运降本增效的突出短板。 立足平陆运河通航配套需求与北部湾门户港发展需求，广西建成水运江河海一体化调度平台(以下称“平台”)。平台将实现平台门户、运行监测、调度指挥、智能管控、信息服务五大统一管理功能，具有一键融通江河海数据、一次申报实现全线通行、一线智能调度代替人工操作、一体联动助力西部陆海新通道建设等特点。 作为智慧运河的重要组成部分，平台将分阶段投放使用，通过数字化充分释放西部陆海新通道综合效能，最终实现广西水运“江—河—海”一体化调度全覆盖。(完)
