Transportation
Port-operated parking facilities offer rapid shuttle services to and from the terminals and full security for passenger vehicles. Houston airports provide air lift to more than 150 cities and international markets.

Pier 34 – Roll-On, Roll-Off Cargo Terminal

Pier 34 is operated by Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, with truck and rail services available. Specifications are:

Pier 37-38 – Rail Barge Terminal

This terminal has rail bridges designed to transfer rail cars from the rail line to the barge and back again. It offers truck and rail services and has a water depth of 22 feet.

Pier 39 – Bulk Cement Terminal

Pier 39 is operated by Suderman Contracting Stevedores and offers the storage and transshipment of bulk cement. Rail services are available.

Piers 16-18 – Fresh Fruit and Produce (Chilled Storage)

Vessel loading capacity of 2,000 metric tons per hour

Terminal Railway
The Terminal Railway provides rail connections to the Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union Pacific railroad systems. It is operated by Galveston Railroad L.P.
