On November 14, with the successful acceptance of three 6DE-18 diesel generator sets for the Xinjiangzhou B1# project, by mid-November, Anqing CSSC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (AnChai) under CSSC Power Co., Ltd. had cumulatively delivered and had 506 engines accepted for external customers in 2025, with a total power output exceeding 500,000 kilowatts. This surpasses the historical record set in 2011 of 504 engines produced annually with a total power of 335,000 kilowatts.

To ensure the completion of this year’s various tasks, Anqing CSSC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. meticulously planned its annual work, using lean management as a key driver. Through in-depth analysis and optimization of various production stages, the company implemented multiple capacity enhancement measures covering casting, machining, assembly, and debugging, completing a total of 43 annual production planning tasks. These measures increased the comprehensive production capacity of key components such as engine blocks, cylinder heads, and camshafts by over 60%. Concurrently, the company completed the construction of a new assembly pump water area and a joining area, as well as the renovation of test bed D and test bed H. This has laid a solid foundation for achieving the annual target for complete engine production.

In supply chain management, Anqing CSSC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. not only deepened cooperative relationships with suppliers, encouraging surrounding suppliers to expand their production capabilities to cover multiple processes including casting, machining, cleaning, heat treatment, and surface treatment, but also secured the annual capacity of key material suppliers by signing long-term procurement agreements. The company actively explored new supply channels to ensure the continuity and efficiency of production.

During the production process, Anqing CSSC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. actively promoted the integration and mutual reinforcement of Party building work and core business activities. It engaged in the “Excel at Posts, Flagship Pioneers” thematic activity, utilizing Party Member突击队 (vanguard teams), Party Member示范岗 (model posts), and Party Member engineering projects as vehicles. By leveraging the fighting fortress role of Party branches and the vanguard exemplary role of Party members, it vigorously promoted the completion of annual tasks.

Anqing CSSC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. also vigorously promoted lean production strategies and implemented the “Four Newnesses and Five Smalls” activity. By the end of October, it had completed 37 company-level lean production tasks, including improvements in insulation wrapping processes, optimization of test run procedures, compression of test bed cycles, modular design of emission testing, improvements in public /SCR storage methods, and enhancement of shipping quality. Furthermore, it advanced lean demonstration zone construction projects such as the production layout optimization of the crankshaft workshop and the /testing workshop, and the third-phase production line construction for complex cavity castings in the foundry workshop. The company is committed to technological innovation and management reform, optimizing logistics paths, reducing production waste, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality, and ensuring the timely achievement of all annual objectives.

The achievement of these results is the outcome of the specific guidance from various lines of CSSC Power and the joint efforts of all employees of Anqing CSSC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. Next, Anqing CSSC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. will go all out to sprint towards the annual target tasks, ensuring the successful conclusion of the “14th Five-Year Plan”.
