The Company took delivery of the M/V Magic Saturn on June 29, 2026.
Furthermore, on June 29, 2026, the Company took delivery of the M/V Magic Jupiter, the 2023-built modern-eco Kamsarmax vessel it had agreed to acquire, as previously announced on June 22, 2026.
Both acquisitions were funded with cash on hand.
