Cavotec has renewed a two-year service agreement with the Port of Salalah in Oman covering 32 MoorMaster vacuum mooring units, extending a relationship that began with the first contract in 2016, according to Cavotec.

Under the agreement, Cavotec will continue to provide 24/7 on-site repair and maintenance for the 32 units. The company said the systems support operational efficiency, particularly in challenging weather conditions.

“We are pleased to continue our long-standing partnership with the Port of Salalah,” said Patrick Baudin, president of Services at Cavotec. “This agreement highlights the importance of reliable, around-the-clock service to maintain efficient operations and reflects the trust built over a decade of collaboration.”

Cavotec is an engineering company focused on connection and electrification technologies for ports and industrial applications.
