The ceasefire between Israel and Hamas has now been in effect for over a week, bringing a temporary halt to fifteen months of clashes, which also led the Houthis to begin attacking a large portion of the vessels transiting the Red Sea.
The Houthis reported that, as long as the ceasefire remains in effect, they will refrain from attacking most maritime traffic in the Red Sea and indicated they will maintain as targets vessels fully owned by Israeli entities or sailing under the flag of Israel, notes Freightos.
