Mr. Huang Nan, Director and General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers; Mr. Tian Dong, Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING West Asia; and Mr. Ibrahim AlNaeem, Director and General Manager of PSS, signed the agreement on behalf of the three parties respectively.

This cooperation is based on the complementary advantages of the three parties in resources and capabilities, aiming to strengthen the layout of key regional logistics nodes, marking an important progress in the strategic collaboration of all parties in the field of port services and logistics. The memorandum explicitly proposes to jointly promote the construction and operation of the Dammam Port yard, comprehensively enhance port logistics efficiency, and jointly build an important logistics hub radiating across the Middle East region. This cooperation not only reflects the synergistic effect of COSCO SHIPPING’s global network but is also a key initiative to establish in-depth cooperation with core port service institutions in Saudi Arabia. In the future, the three parties will jointly advance the construction of port and shipping logistics infrastructure along the “Belt and Road,” providing global customers with higher quality and more efficient “end-to-end” integrated logistics solutions.
