CSSC International Engineering signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Guanshanhu District Government of Guiyang City

On July 29, Qin Yongkang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and District Mayor of Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, and his delegation visited China Shipbuilding International Engineering Company. The two sides held discussions on deepening government-enterprise collaboration and expanding cooperation areas, and officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Yang Wenwu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Shipbuilding International Engineering, attended the signing ceremony. Lan Tao, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, and Ran Yufeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guanshanhu District Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Experimental Zone Party Working Committee, and Director of the Management Committee, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Yang Wenwu welcomed the arrival of Qin Yongkang and his delegation, providing a comprehensive overview of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) and the company’s overall situation, particularly highlighting its core strengths and practical achievements in areas such as planning and design, construction engineering general contracting, prefabricated building technology R&D, and new energy project construction. He stated that under the strategic cooperation between the Guiyang Municipal Government and the company, Guanshanhu District, as the new urban center of Guiyang, boasts significant geographical advantages, a solid industrial foundation, and immense development potential. The company highly values its cooperation with Guanshanhu District and hopes to take this signing as a new starting point, deeply integrating its technological expertise with local development needs to contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of the region.

Qin Yongkang spoke highly of the comprehensive capabilities of China Shipbuilding International Engineering and elaborated on Guanshanhu District’s planning and layout in urban renewal, industrial upgrading, and green low-carbon development. He pointed out that Guanshanhu District is currently advancing the construction of new urbanization with full force and urgently needs the participation of enterprises like China Shipbuilding International Engineering, which possess full industrial chain service capabilities. He expressed hope that both sides could adhere to the principle of “complementary advantages, mutual support, long-term cooperation, and common development,” establish a regular communication mechanism, and achieve resource sharing and mutual benefits across multiple fields.

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks a new phase in the collaboration between the two parties.
