Dan-Bunkering has appointed Christian Vandvig Finnerup as Managing Director for Dan-Bunkering USA, effective November 1, 2025.
Finnerup transitions to the US from Singapore, where he served as Commercial Director at Dan-Bunkering APAC. In that role, he was responsible for regional growth and the company’s offshore and commercial portfolios. Prior to his time in Asia, Finnerup headed Offshore Wind, Europe, where he worked on partnership-driven energy solutions.
According to the company, Finnerup has focused on establishing customer-focused strategies and translating operational needs into practical solutions through close collaboration with clients.

Finnerup succeeds Mikkel Søholm-Vestergaard as Dan-Bunkering USA’s Managing Director.
Headquartered in Middelfart, Denmark, Dan-Bunkering also has offices in Beijing, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Houston, Monaco, New York, Perth, Shanghai, Singapore, and Sydney.
The company operates as a seller of marine fuel. Other services include risk management and marine lubricant sales.
