The Empresa Portuaria Talcahuano – San Vicente (Puertos de Talcahuano) reported that the Sistema de Empresas (SEP) agreed to renew three members of the board of directors in their positions.
This is in accordance with the provisions of NCG N°30 of the CMF, in articles 9 and 10 of law N°18045 and other related regulations, duly authorized by the state company’s board of directors.
According to what was notified to the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) in a Hecho Esencial, during a SEP council session “it was agreed to renew in their positions as directors of the Empresa Portuaria Talcahuano San Vicente for the period from October 2,
2025 to October 1, 2029 the directors Mrs. Fadua Gajardo Pineda, Mrs. Ximena Torrejon Cantuaria and Mr. Sergio Villegas Sánchez”.
The aforementioned renewal of positions is in addition to that previously reported by the Empresa Portuaria Iquique (EPI), which extended Nora Araya Valenzuela and Juan Barboza Vega in their positions as directors, which was communicated through a Hecho Esencial dated September 29, 2025.
The same situation was announced by the Empresa Portuaria Arica (EPA) with the extension of Claudia Moraga and Roberto Gamboa in their roles, and the Empresa Portuaria Coquimbo with Michell Vargas and Raúl Carrasco.
