Europort Rotterdam, one of the world’s leading maritime fairs, is opening its doors. The fair, which will be held for the 42nd time between November 4-7, is organized by Ahoy Rotterdam.
Europort Rotterdam will focus on four main themes driving the future of maritime: ‘Energy Transition’, ‘Digitalisation’, ‘Ship Finance’ and ‘Human Capital’. The event will offer an inspiring and diverse program designed to accelerate innovation, facilitate collaboration, and promote sustainability in the maritime sector.
The fair will host over 1,000 participating companies from more than 100 countries and over 25,000 sector professionals.
Turkey will achieve its highest participation to date this year with nearly 100 companies. With the support of the Ship, Yacht and Equipment Manufacturers Association (GYHİB) and the Turkish Shipbuilders’ Association (GİSBİR), Turkish companies will be present both in individual stands and in the Turkey Pavilion, showcasing Turkey’s shipbuilding and marine industry power on the international stage.
Awards and social events
Europort’s tradition of recognizing progress continues with various award ceremonies, including the SAFETY4SEA Awards. Among these awards are the GREEN4SEA, SMART4SEA, and CAREER4SEA award ceremonies, which celebrate organizations making the industry greener, smarter, and more inclusive.
Beyond the exhibition halls, Europort 2025 offers a vibrant social program. The event calendar will kick off with the prestigious Maritime Awards Gala, celebrating the innovation and outstanding efforts of Dutch maritime companies and captains. Throughout the week, numerous social events such as the Fisheries Innovation Network Meeting, the Inland Waterways Reception, and the famous Europort Cruise Party held on the historic SS Rotterdam ship will provide networking opportunities in a relaxed setting.
This year, Europort will also host 14 country pavilions, most of which have grown significantly.
