NAPOLI – Departure from Civitavecchia on December 29 (or from Porto Torres on December 30) and return to Italy on January 3, to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2026 in Barcelona with Grimaldi Lines Tour Operator, on board the flagship of Grimaldi Lines.
Breathing in the atmosphere of the capital of Catalonia, queen of Mediterranean energy and fun, during the end-of-year holidays, among the streets of the city center full of lights and music, the scent of churros and hot chocolate mixing with that of the sea.
The cheer will also reign on board the ship, during the crossing, adults and children will in fact be involved in the entertainment program by Samarcanda, which this year will propose a fun journey through the history of the most beloved cartoons, from Disney classics to Japanese cartoons, to the rhythm of TV theme songs that will form the backdrop to the “appearances” of characters very dear to the public of all ages. There will be no shortage of fun themed evenings, such as the “Pink Party” on the outbound journey and the “Pajama Party” on the return journey.
On New Year’s Eve, the on-board restaurants of the Cruise Barcelona, the Grimaldi Lines flagship, will host the traditional end-of-year dinner, with a “a touch of gold” dress code. The night will then continue in the large Smaila’s Club lounge with a toast of good wishes and with music and dancing led by the entertainers until morning. Those who choose to go ashore will have many venues available along the Barceloneta, or in the historic center of the city. A stunning fireworks display will, as always, illuminate the entire city from the Montjuic hill.
Prices start from 475 euros per person and include: round trip from Civitavecchia to Barcelona – including fixed fees and EU ETS costs – with accommodation in a quadruple inside cabin, meals during navigation, 3 overnight stays on board with breakfast when the ship is docked in port, entertainment for adults and children, registration fee and travel /cancellation. Possibility of departure from Porto Torres on December 30, with prices starting from 415 euros per person.
