Hanseatic Global Terminals Latin America announced the appointment of Juan Pablo Bowen Carranza as the new general manager of its Inland Services business. The new executive has more than 25 years of experience in the logistics area, where he has worked in land and rail transport, extra-port operations, and cold chains.
Bowen is an Agribusiness engineer and holds an MBA from the IEDE Business School in Madrid.

“His deep knowledge of the Chilean logistics ecosystem and his experience leading growth processes and organizational transformation will be fundamental to guiding the next stage of development for our Inland Services business,” he added.
Bowen will succeed Felipe Barison in the position, who will remain as an advisor to facilitate an adequate transition.
Hanseatic Global Terminals Inland Services is the logistics arm of Hanseatic Global Terminals, an independent entity based in Rotterdam that operates under the Hapag-Lloyd group of companies and manages a portfolio of 21 port terminals and complementary logistics services in eleven countries and five continents.
The company offers comprehensive services to exporters, importers, and other relevant industry players. The division operates with extra-port terminals in Iquique, San Antonio, and Valparaíso, in addition to logistics centers in Antofagasta, Valparaíso, San Antonio, Santiago, Puerto Montt, and Punta Arenas.
