Attendees included leaders from the East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute and the Yangtze River Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, as well as representatives from the Zhoushan Fishing Vessel Inspection Center, the China Ship Scientific Research Center, and Shanghai Jiachuan Engineering Supervision Development Co., Ltd.
In terms of the construction timeline, the two vessels must complete critical milestones—including hull assembly, equipment installation, and sea trials—within 180 days. Quality standards require strict adherence to the Zhoushan Fishing Vessel Inspection Center’s regulations to ensure industry-leading safety performance and navigation stability. Additionally, cost control was emphasized, with plans to optimize the supply chain and improve process efficiency.
On the morning of July 2, 2025, stakeholders held a dedicated seminar to discuss construction objectives, technical challenges, and project schedules. This in-depth discussion laid a solid foundation for today’s smooth commencement, marking a new chapter in shipbuilding with practical action.
