Holland America Line removed the requirement for passengers on most voyages to take a pre-cruise COVID-19 test, regardless of their vaccination status.
Effectively immediately, unvaccinated travelers sailing on ‘standard protocol’ voyages will no longer need a test prior to sailing. Checks of individuals’ vaccination status will be discontinued on these voyages as well, unless required by destinations.
Includes Panama Canal transits up to 15 nights
The simpler protocols are now also applicable to Panama Canal transits up to 15 nights.
‘Enhanced protocol’ voyages
Passengers on ‘enhanced protocol’ voyages will be provided additional information about requirements based on the ports visited.
Cruisers may continue to submit documents electronically or use the VeriFLY app ahead of embarkation for a faster check-in process.
