Indian Oil Corp IOC, the country’s largest refiner, has bought 2 million barrels of Kuwaiti Khafji crude oil for December delivery via a tender, two trade sources said.
It bought the crude produced from the Saudi Arabia-Kuwait Neutral Zone from Aramco Trading Company (ATC), they added.
The cargo was sold at about 50 cents a barrel above Dubai quotes on delivery at port basis, one of the sources said.
