Konecranes has appointed Jussi Rautiainen as President of its Business Area Industrial Equipment. He will also join the Konecranes Leadership Team. Rautiainen succeeds Marko Tulokas, who became President and CEO of Konecranes in June 2025. He will start on January 1, 2026, and report directly to Tulokas.
Born in 1978, Rautiainen holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management. He currently serves as SVP of BU Quay & Horizontal in Konecranes’ Business Area Port Solutions. Since 2004, he has held various leadership and managerial roles at Konecranes.
Marko Tulokas said, “The Industrial Equipment business is in strong shape. I am confident Jussi is the right leader to build on its momentum. His experience will strengthen our position in material handling solutions.”
Rautiainen commented, “I am grateful to take on this new challenge. Konecranes has given me many exciting opportunities over the years. I look forward to joining the Leadership Team and supporting our customers’ current and future needs.”
