On November 24, a Liberian-flagged /roll-off ship docked at Lianyungang Port to load 6,874 domestically produced vehicles, marking a new historical high for single-vessel automobile exports at Lianyungang Port. The Lianyungang Border Inspection Station implemented a customs clearance model of “inspection upon ship arrival and release upon vehicle arrival,” optimizing the inspection process to ensure zero waiting and zero delays for exporting vehicles. According to statistics, in the first ten months of this year, automobile exports through Lianyungang Port exceeded 300,000 units, of which over 40,000 were new energy vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 47%.
