The sea acceptance and actual firing tests of the Network Supported Data Integrated Combat Management System ADVENT and the Ship Data Distribution System FLEETSTAR, integrated into the KCR-60 platform belonging to the Indonesian Navy, have been successfully completed. Following the acceptance activities, the systems were delivered to the Navy Command on the fast attack craft KRI BELATI with hull number 622.

The platform, built by the Indonesian company PT TESCO INDOMARITIM Shipyard, holds particular importance for HAVELSAN’s overseas activities. Thus, HAVELSAN made its first delivery in the Far East to the Indonesian Navy.

During the tests, ADVENT’s superior performance and the guiding interventions made by HAVELSAN officials to the subsystems were appreciated by the test committee SATGAS, the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, and the PT TESCO INDOMARITIM Shipyard.

KRI BELATI-622 is the first ADVENT Combat Management System and the first FLEETSTAR Ship Data Distribution System project delivered by HAVELSAN in Indonesia.

“Demonstrated superior success”

In his assessment, HAVELSAN General Manager Mehmet Akif Nacar stated that they started the project in cooperation with the local Indonesian company PT TESCO INDOMARITIM Shipyard under the contract signed in 2022. Nacar said:

“As a result of very productive and harmonious work with the Indonesian Ministry of Defense and PT TESCO Shipyard, we made our first delivery for the KRI BELATI-622 platform. Our ADVENT Combat Management System and our FLEETSTAR Ship Data Distribution System demonstrated superior success on this platform, just as they do on Turkish Naval Forces platforms. We aim to continue and increase our success in this project on the OPV-90, Merah Putih, and other KCR-60, KCR-70 class platforms. I thank everyone who contributed to the project.”
