According to today’s information from the Ministry of Commerce official website, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Export Control Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items of the People’s Republic of China”, and to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, the Ministry of Commerce has decided to list 10 U.S. entities, including Aveox, Inc., on the export control restricted list and take the following measures:
