The Grimaldi Group, through a post on its social media, announced its strategic cooperation (Cooperation Framework Agreement – CFA) with China Merchants Shenzhen RoRo Shipping.
Specifically, the agreement between the two companies concerns their cooperation in the sectors of Ro-Ro, Car Carriers, as well as multimodal transport.
This strategic cooperation, according to the post, will offer increased loading capacity, improved services in the land logistics chain and a broader, more efficient service network.
Among other things, it will leverage the companies’ common networks in the European and Chinese markets, with their cooperation aiming to provide a competitive advantage for emerging exports from China.
