The Board of Directors of the State-owned Enterprises System (SEP) appointed the new board of the Chacabuco Port Company (Emporcha), which will begin its functions on Wednesday, June 10.
The presidency of the board will be assumed by Eduardo Vera Wandersleben, who enters to replace Luis Enrique Runín.
According to the terms of the appointment, Vera will lead the board of the port company for a period extending from June 10, 2026, to October 2, 2027.
The other members of the new board appointed by the Government of José Antonio Kast are Verónica Moya Escárate and Ignacio Guerrero Toro.
The new directors in turn replace Zaida Muñoz and Cesar Peyrin. The new directors will assume their positions from June 10, 2026, until October 2, 2029.
