  1. PORT ENTRY AND NAVIGATION
    • ETA Submission:
      • Mandatory submission at least 48 hours in advance via China MSA online system (http://www.msa.gov.cn).

    • Pilotage Requirements:
      • Mandatory for: vessels >500 GT, LOA >100m, or draft >7m.

      • Pilot ladder must comply with SOLAS V/23 standards.
    • Speed and Navigation:
      • Approach channel: 10 knots max (AIS-monitored).

      • VTS monitoring zone extends 20NM from port entrance.
    • Traffic Management:
      • Maintain 0.5NM separation from fishing vessels.
