Ocean Network Express (ONE) announced the launch of a new land transportation service in Thailand, designed to offer a comprehensive door-to-door logistics solution for import and export containers.
The initiative integrates land transportation with the company’s existing maritime network, allowing for a flow of goods through the main ports of the Asian country, including Laem Chabang, Lat Krabang and Bangkok, to and from customer locations throughout the Thai territory.
The service offers a seamless connection between ports and inland destinations through designated ONE transportation partners, reducing handover points and operational risks.
Furthermore, it manages the first and last mile, including truck positioning, the pickup and return of empty and loaded containers.
Communication is also simplified thanks to optimized documentation and coordination, with the option of a Through B/L when appropriate, and a single point of contact for bookings, pricing, and after-sales support.
