– Tonnage Dues:
– 0-10,000 GT: JPY 12.5/GT
– 10,001-30,000 GT: JPY 11.8/GT

– Cargo vessels: JPY 9,200/LOA meter (first 24hrs) + JPY 4,600/LOA meter per additional day

– Compulsory zone: 3nm radius from breakwater
– Daytime (06:00-18:00):
– <50,000 GT: JPY 92,000 – >50,000 GT: JPY 125,000
– Night/Holiday: 150% of daytime rate
– Cancellation fee: 50% if <12hr notice (Japan Coast Guard Notice 2023-45) – Tugboat: – Minimum 2 tugs for vessels >20,000 GT

2. Safety & Environmental Services
– Oil Boom:
– Mandatory for all tankers and bunkering ops
– Deployment: JPY 220,000 first day, JPY 180,000 subsequent days
– Emergency deployment: 200% standard rate
– Firefighting:
– Standby during hot work:
– Fireboat: JPY 105,000/hr (4hr minimum)
– Land team: JPY 85,000/hr
– ISPS Security:
– Level 1: JPY 32,000/call
– Level 2: JPY 75,000 + actual guard costs
– (SOLAS XI-2/ISPS Code compliant)
3. Cargo Operations
– Container Handling:
– Gantry crane: JPY 9,800/TEU (ship-to-shore)
– RTG transfer: JPY 1,200/TEU
– Bulk Cargo:
– Grab unloading: JPY 650/ton (first 1,000t), JPY 580/ton thereafter
– Trimming: JPY 7,200/hr (minimum 6hrs)
– Dangerous Goods:
– Class 1-3: 25% surcharge
– IMDG compliance check: JPY 15,000/container
4. Crew Services
– Medical Waste Disposal:
– JPY 8,500/20kg container (MHLW Regulation 370)
– Crew Changes:
– Immigration processing: JPY 3,800/person
– COVID testing (if required): JPY 12,500/test
5. Utility Services
– Potable Water:
– Bunkering: JPY 380/ton + JPY 30,000 service fee
– Testing fee: JPY 15,000/sample (optional)
– Shore Power:
– High-voltage (6.6kV): JPY 92/kWh
– Connection fee: JPY 45,000 per plug-in
