1. Vessel-Related Charges
– Tonnage Dues:
– 0.15 USD/GT for vessels under 10,000 GT
– 0.12 USD/GT for vessels 10,000-30,000 GT
– 0.10 USD/GT for vessels over 30,000 GT
– Based on DPRK Maritime Transport Law Article 12 (2020 Revision)

– Port Dues:
– 0.08 USD/GT for general cargo vessels
– 0.10 USD/GT for tankers
– 0.05 USD/GT for container ships
– Minimum charge: 500 USD per call

– Pilotage Fees:
– Arrival/Departure: 0.25 USD/GT (min 800 USD)
– Shifting: 0.15 USD/GT (min 500 USD)
– Compulsory for all foreign-flagged vessels

– Tugboat Fees:
– 1,200 USD/hour for 3,200 HP tugs
