1. Vessel-Related Charges
– Tonnage Dues: Calculated at JPY 3.5 per GT for first 10,000 GT, JPY 2.5/GT thereafter (as per 2024 Saiki Port tariff).
– Port Dues: JPY 0.8 per GT per call (minimum JPY 50,000). 20% discount for regular liners.
– Pilotage Fees:
– Entry/Exit: JPY 45,000 for vessels <10,000 GT, JPY 60,000 for >10,000 GT
– Shifting: JPY 25,000 per move within port limits
– Towage Fees:
– Standard berthing: JPY 120,000/hour (2 tugs minimum)
– Emergency towing: JPY 180,000/hour
– Berthage Fees:
– Commercial berth: JPY 12,000/day for first 100m, JPY 100/m thereafter
– Container terminal: 15% premium
– Mooring/Unmooring: JPY 15,000 per operation (both ends)

2. Service Charges

– Advance Notice: 10% discount for bookings >72h prior
– Package Deals: 15% discount for combined towage+pilotage
– Waste Reduction: 5% rebate for <1m³ waste
– Electronic Submission: JPY 5,000 discount for pre-arrival docs
