1. Vessel-Related Charges

– Tonnage Dues:
– International vessels: JPY 18.50/GT (first 10,000 GT), JPY 12.30/GT (above 10,000 GT)
– Coastal vessels: 60% of international rates (MLIT Ordinance No. 23-2022)
– Minimum charge: JPY 50,000 per call

– Port Dues:
– Basic charge: JPY 12.80/GT (cargo vessels), JPY 9.60/GT (tankers)
– 15% discount for vessels using shore power (Sukumo Green Port Initiative)
