Pyxis Tankers announced the unaudited results for the three-month period ended September 30, 2025, which showed net revenues of USD 9.7 million and Time Charter Equivalent (TCE) revenues of USD 8.9 million, a decrease of USD 2.7 million (23.5%) over the comparable period in 2024.

The net income attributable to common shareholders for the quarter was USD 1.2 million (USD 3.6 million in 2024) and net income per common share was USD 0.11 basic and diluted (USD 0.34 and USD 0.31). Adjusted EBITDA for the three months was USD 4.2 million, a decrease of USD 2.5 million.

The Chairman and CEO of Pyxis Tankers, Valentios Valentis, commented that “the improvement in the markets supports our results. As 2025 progressed, the product tanker sector experienced healthier charter rates, supported by the resilience of global economic activity and ongoing trade disruptions caused by significant armed conflicts and geopolitical conditions.”

“Given the ongoing market uncertainties caused by unprecedented geopolitical events and the moderation of macroeconomic conditions, we continue to employ our fleet of three modern and eco-efficient MRs in staggered short-term time charters,” added Valentis.
