On September 12, Sanfu Shipbuilding officially kicked off construction of a 166-meter rock installation vessel.

The vessel has an overall length of 166.80 meters, a beam of 40.00 meters, a depth of 9.50 meters, a structural draft of 6.20 meters, and a deadweight of 21,000 tons. It is classified by Bureau Veritas.
