From today (15 April), all vessels arriving the ports of Douala, Kribi and Limbe will be subject to a new Cameroon Shipowner Royalty tariff, even if invoicing will be done at a later date.
A platform will be set up for the transmission of manifests, and invoicing will be handled by the Direction des Affaires Maritimes et des Voies Navigables.
