SolitAir is making waves as the UAE’s dedicated B2B airport-to-airport cargo airline. It specializes in express daily scheduled and charter services while providing tailored solutions between Dubai and vital trade routes across the Global South. Recently, they secured an agreement with World Star Aviation (WSA) for two Boeing 737-800 freighters.

The initial aircraft was delivered earlier this month; the second one is set to join their fleet next month. This expansion will significantly enhance SolitAir’s operational capabilities and overall fleet strength.

“Teaming up with World Star Aviation represents a pivotal moment for SolitAir,” stated Hamdi Osman, Founder & CEO of SolitAir. “These new aircraft will greatly enhance our operational capacity and allow us to broaden our reach along essential trade routes. As we grow, we remain committed to delivering fast, efficient, and reliable cargo solutions that cater to the dynamic needs of markets across the Global South.”

Yoram Allalouf from World Star Aviation expressed enthusiasm about this partnership: “We are excited to support Solitair during this transformative phase. This agreement highlights our confidence in their vision as we look forward to further developing this collaboration.”

By late October, SolitAir’s operational lineup will feature seven Boeing 737-800 BCF freighters operating from their state-of-the-art logistics hub at DWC covering an area of 220,000 square feet.

The airline aims for a total of 20 aircraft by 2027 as part of its strategy to connect more than 50 cities within six hours flying time from Dubai.

SolitAir’s adaptable fleet is designed for reliability and efficiency while ensuring safe transport for specialized goods such as temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, e-commerce packages, and hazardous materials.
