Swedish shipowners will have to arm themselves with patience in regards to the much-desired tonnage tax, which otherwise seemed to be within reach, as the Swedish Ministry of Finances has decided to postpone the process of sorting out the consequences of introducing tonnage tax for the carriers – a process that was scheduled to be ready by November, according to Sjöfartstidninngen.
