Fidelis head of marine cargo Ben Farley has resigned to join the cargo team at Talbot AIG, Insurance Insider has reported.
Farley had been head of marine cargo at Fidelis since August 2021 and had been at the insurer since July 2020. Prior to that he was at Liberty Specialty Markets for nearly eight years, where he started as a risk processing technician in 2012.
The Talbot Marine team provides protection for a wide range of marine related businesses.
Talbot AIG’s Marine & Energy Liability offering extends to parties such as shipowners (protection and indemnity), charterers, cargo owners, port and terminal /operators, marine concessionaires and shipyard operators.
