Sales revenue increased by 1.5%, profit by 54%, and adjusted EBITDA by 17% compared to the previous year.

In the nine months from January to September, revenue was USD 104 million, profit was USD 22 million, and adjusted EBITDA was USD 49 million. Revenue for the period decreased by 1.4%, profit increased by 27%, and adjusted EBITDA by 11%.

In the third quarter, the investment volume was USD 10.4 million, and in total, from January to September, it amounted to USD 24 million.

Meanwhile, the number of passengers served grew by 1.4% and the volume of cargo by 8%, while ship calls fell by 1.6% in the third quarter of 2025. The ferry segment recorded a 2.4% growth in the number of vehicles. The icebreaker Botnica was chartered 22% of the time, 20% less than the previous year.

“We have achieved excellent results in the third quarter. Growth continued in both volume and revenue, in both passenger and cargo ports. The revenue from the icebreaker Botnica decreased due to the reduced charter period, while the profitability of its operations increased. Operational efficiency is reflected in the growth of adjusted EBITDA and profits,” commented Valdo Kalm, Chairman of the Management Board of Tallinna Sadam.
