On July 16, 2025, the 4780kW fully azimuthing tugboat, designed and built by Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. for the National Hazardous Chemicals Emergency Rescue Gulei Team, successfully commenced construction.
