The international group NGL Gondrand Group, a logistics service provider with over 150 years of history, has acquired a majority stake in the Spanish companies Cargo Flores and Flores Aduanas. This operation marks a decisive step in the group’s growth strategy in the Spanish market and reinforces a solid and competitive alternative within the logistics sector.

Founded in 1990, Cargo Flores, an international freight forwarder, has established itself as a benchmark in international transport and logistics management, offering tailor-made solutions for foreign trade. For its part, Flores Aduanas, specialized in customs representation, expands the group’s value proposition with comprehensive service and expert advice.

The incorporation into NGL Gondrand Group provides the Cargo Flores group with the solidity, experience, and international network of an organization with over 100 offices and 1,000 employees in Europe, America, and Africa. This alliance will allow for expanding capabilities, accessing new markets, and reinforcing the logistics offering in Spain. “The integration of Cargo Flores represents a strategic investment for NGL in Spain and a clear commitment to growth in this market,” says Rafael Torres Brinkmann, managing director of NGL Gondrand for southern Europe and new president of Cargo Flores.

“We want to establish ourselves as a solid national alternative for clients seeking global, competitive, and trustworthy logistics solutions,” adds Xavi Casas, CEO and founding partner of Cargo Flores. With this operation, NGL Gondrand Group advances in its international expansion plan, while Cargo Flores celebrates over 35 years of history and begins a new stage with greater resources and global reach.
