Port of Tallinn has announced the availability of a 20-hectare site situated directly alongside the quays of Muuga Harbour – Estonia’s largest cargo port. This site offers companies the opportunity to establish or expand manufacturing, logistics, and value-added projects, providing direct access to deep-water quays, multimodal transport connections, and a comprehensive range of port services.

The Port is commencing the preparation of a detailed spatial plan, a process in which potential investors will be able to participate. The size of the waterfront plots can range from a few hundred square meters up to the entire 20-hectare area. If required, adjacent zones situated behind the quay line are also available, as are pre-prepared industrial sites located within the port territory that already feature approved spatial planning.

A key advantage of the Muuga Harbour location is cited as its direct integration with maritime, rail, and road infrastructure, as well as its location within a free zone offering tax and customs incentives. The Port emphasizes that the Rail Baltica terminal will be situated precisely here – within the boundaries of the port territory – in the future; this will ensure investors enjoy faster access to European markets, increased cargo flows, and enhanced logistics flexibility.
