The law firm Watson Farley & Williams announced that it assisted the shipping company Navigazione Montanari in the purchase of the motor tanker Eco Fleet renamed Valdarno.
Built in Vietnam in 2015 at the shipyard currently named HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding and used for the transport of petroleum products, Valdarno was purchased by Navigazione Montanari from foreign sellers. The price was not disclosed, but it is estimated to be around 30 million dollars.
“The purchase of the vessel has further strengthened the Montanari group’s fleet, making it increasingly modern, efficient and up-to-date” explained a note from Wfw, whose team was led by lawyer Furio Samela, partner in charge of the Shipping Department, assisted by associate Sergio Napolitano.
