The XXXIV edition of the Master in Port Management and Intermodal Transport of the Valenciaport Foundation begins

The Master in Port Management and Intermodal Transport, owned by the Valencia Port Authority, directed by the Valenciaport Foundation and a proprietary degree of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), has launched a new edition, the 34th since its inception. This edition has 25 students from four different nationalities: Spanish, Colombian, French, and Costa Rican. Likewise, their professional /or academic background is varied, including a majority of professionals from the national and international logistics sector (56%).

The academic program of this 34th edition will focus on the major challenges currently facing the sector, such as digital transformation and the energy transition, also incorporating new activities in the international sphere and strengthening the area of entrepreneurship and open innovation based on the Opentop initiative of the Valenciaport Foundation. The program is organized around eight subjects, responding to the needs of the port-logistics sector. In addition, the students will make more than 25 port visits to facilities such as those of the ports of Valencia, Alicante, Castellón, or Sagunto.
