After two years without being held, Terminal Puerto Arica (TPA) and Empresa Portuaria Arica (EPA) held a new edition of the Annual Port of Arica Cocktail, which returned to the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, bringing together the Bolivian logistics and commercial community in an instance marked by reunion, gratitude, and collaboration.

The event brought together nearly 200 guests, including authorities, importers, exporters, representatives of shipping lines and forwarder companies. The instance aimed to recognize the commitment, work, and collaboration of the clients and to reinforce the role of the Port of Arica as a strategic partner for Bolivian foreign trade, consolidating its position in the Central Bi-Oceanic Corridor.

“It was a great joy to meet again with each of our clients and to welcome those who have recently started working with our port. We deeply appreciate their trust, the positive energy, and the spirit of collaboration that was experienced during the day,” highlighted Catherine Torres, Head of Imports, Exports, and Transportation at TPA.

During the ceremony, awards were given to outstanding clients in various categories, valuing their performance and their contribution to the development of foreign trade. These recognitions reflect the port’s appreciation for those who daily trust their operations to TPA.

“The Port of Arica has grown alongside our clients; we are part of the same chain that drives the development of Bolivian foreign trade and the entire Andean region. During this day, we not only celebrated the achievements of the year but also the trust, collaboration, and human relationships that make our work possible. We hope to continue building new opportunities together and keep this bond alive,” expressed Camilo Jobet, general manager of Terminal Puerto Arica (TPA).
