The directive of Union No. 1 of the Port Company of Valparaíso (EPV) presented its proposal for Collective Bargaining to the state-owned company, which marks the formal start of the process between the two parties.
The delivery of the project took place on the premises of the EPV, where the union representatives were received by the General Manager Franco Gandolfo and the finance manager Rodrigo Crichton.
On this occasion, the parties expressed their commitment to open and constructive dialogue, reaffirming the importance of listening to the demands and concerns of the workers.
In this way, a commitment emerged to carry out the collective bargaining in a collaborative and respectful manner, with the aim of reaching agreements that benefit both employees and employers.
