Visual Trans, a leading company in the development of management software for the logistics and customs sector, and DeiWorld, a technology company with high specialization in ERP software for the freight forwarding and customs sector, announce a strategic agreement to merge their operations. Two teams are joining forces, accumulating nearly 50 years of experience in the international transport, customs, and logistics sector. The goal of the agreement is clear: to grow together to continue offering more innovative and developed solutions close to logistics professionals.
Led by its founder Cristóbal Pérez, DeiWorld will be integrated into Visual Trans, which will mean the maintenance and improvement of existing services and an increase in the offering of new products and solutions to all market segments. Cristóbal states that this union is a guarantee for DeiWorld’s clients: “We will continue to have two products equally, but in a way, we will be closer to what the logistics community of this country is. That is, they can see us for what we really are: someone on the same level, who is with them, who understands them, who speaks the same language, and who is here.”
Furthermore, he points out that “the common ambition of both companies is for software to stop being a cold product and become a living, close, and human product. The users of our solutions spend 8 hours a day interacting with them; for us, it is very important to try to make them enjoy themselves while they are working.” Alfonso Gutiérrez, founder and president of Visual Trans, assures that “We have admired DeiWorld and its way of working for years. We share vocation and values: doing things right, taking care of our magnificent teams, and always being close to our clients to last 100 years.”
Service to almost 500 companies
This agreement means that through all its products, Visual Trans will serve nearly 500 logistics companies in Spain and strengthens its international presence, already being present in 25 countries. Carlos Pérez, financial director of Visual Trans, points out that: “We are living a historic moment for Spanish logistics software. While other global giants are landing in Spain, but concentrate their decision centers far from the day-to-day of our clients, we bet on closeness and lasting relationships.”
Furthermore, he states that: “This union has been a unique and enriching experience for everyone, as it allows us to combine knowledge in all aspects. We will improve both in product and service. There is no doubt that this union will benefit all clients of both companies.” In turn, he assures that this operation “reinforces Visual Trans’s vision of becoming the closest partner and the main reference at the national level.”
