It is an important institutional distinction of the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, which recognizes businesses that implement policies and practices for the promotion of equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The award took place on Thursday, June 18, at the Byzantine and Christian Museum, as part of a special event of the ministry.

The initiative highlights businesses that move from commitment to action, implementing inclusion in their daily operations, through transparent procedures, equal opportunities, accessible practices and fair treatment of employees.

OLP S.A. is listed first among the 41 businesses that received the Diversity Label, based on the chronological order of finalization of applications.

For OLP S.A., this distinction constitutes confirmation of the company’s steadfast dedication to creating a modern, safe and inclusive work environment, in which all employees are treated with respect and have equal opportunities for development.

The Diversity Label was received on behalf of OLP S.A. by the company’s CEO, Su Xudong, in the presence of the Minister of Social Cohesion and Family, Domna Michailidou, the Minister of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence, Dimitris Papastergiou, and the Deputy Minister for Equality and Human Rights, Elena Rapti.

As Mr. Su stated, “the awarding of the Diversity Label is a special honor for OLP S.A. and at the same time an important recognition of the effort we are making to strengthen equality, inclusion and respect in the workplace.

For us, diversity is not only a value, but an essential element of a modern and responsible business.

Our goal is to continue shaping a work environment in which every person feels they have the place, the voice and the opportunities they deserve.”

The event was also attended with a relevant intervention by the Secretary of the Board of Directors of OLP S.A., Savvas Sanozidis, presenting the company’s relevant actions.

OLP S.A. continues, as it emphasizes, to invest in initiatives that strengthen responsible entrepreneurship and social cohesion, confirming its role not only as one of the most important port organizations in the Mediterranean, but also as an organization with a strong social footprint.
