The ship transited inbound through the Strait of Hormuz following the navigation channel near the coast of Oman, keeping its Automatic Identification System AIS active.
Transit through the Oman corridor continues to attract the interest of the maritime community, as several ships choose this specific route in the context of increased precautionary measures and the continuous assessment of security conditions in the region.
Iran’s chief negotiator and parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, stated that the Strait of Hormuz will remain under the administration of Tehran and will not return to its pre-war state.
Ghalibaf stated that “the Strait of Hormuz will never return to its pre-war conditions and will be administered by the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
