The delegation was received by the President of the Hellenic Republic Konstantinos Tasoulas, in a meeting of particular symbolism for the Group, as it constituted the first official contact of a delegation of its Board of Directors with the highest state authority of the country.
During the visit, the two sides had the opportunity to exchange views on matters of common interest, while the climate of mutual respect and cooperation that governs the relationship of the Group with the institutions of the Hellenic Republic was confirmed.
As noted, the meeting highlighted the importance of dialogue and ongoing communication between the organized shipping community and the country’s political leadership.
